Para Varkulya Consultoria & Treinamento, atuar em INOVAÇÃO é uma oportunidade de participarmos da construção do legado de nossos clientes, por meio de um trabalho colaborativo, que emprega metodologias diferenciadas e capazes de gerar soluções inovadoras e adequadas à cada necessidade, baseado nas três formas de inovação a seguir:
Inovação Incremental
– corresponde, em geral, a maior parte das iniciativas desenvolvidas, garantem a base da empresa.
Expl : diferentes sabores do creme dental
Inovação Evolucionária
– estende ofertas existes para as necessidades não atendidas ou adaptar as ofertas para novos clientes.
Inovação Revolucionária
– inclui novos produtos e novos usuários.

METODOLOGIA
Em todos os projetos referentes a INOVAÇÃO utilizamos abordagens baseadas em Design Thinking e Gamificação, gerando ao longo do trabalho, o que consideramos ser a base de valores para que resultados satisfatórios sejam atingidos:

Dessa forma, nosso diferencial consiste em fazer da INOVAÇÃO um trabalho bastante participativo, onde as iniciativas, opiniões e valores de cada participante sejam entendidas e avaliadas como potenciais respostas aos desafios enfrentado por suas respectivas empresas.

Este projeto tem por objetivo identificar estratégias ou oportunidades de negócio. As sequências e atividades que integram a Consultoria de Inovação são apresentadas no esquema a seguir:
PROJETO INTRAEMPREENDEDORISMO - P.I.E
As diretrizes deste projeto são definidas de acordo com as metas e demandas especificas de cada cliente e seu objetivo consiste em criar condições para que seus a soluções sejam construídas por meio da participação direta de seus colaboradores.
As etapas para implementação deste projeto são resumidas no quadro abaixo:
A execução deste trabalho utiliza o software AEVO INNOVATE (http://www.aevo.com.br/aevoinnovate), que permite, entre outras:
– Criar espaço para apresentação, discussão e implementação de ideias;
– Criar campanhas para direcionar o envio de ideias para os desafios estratégicos da organização;
– Classificar as soluções apresentadas, expl.: necessidade de investimento, facilidade de implantação, recursos necessários, risco, etc
– Registrar todo fluxo de trabalho das ideias e soluções propostas, desde a geração até sua implementação;
– Limitar o acesso de cada participante, de acordo com sua função no processo de P.I.E
– Criar um sistema de recompensas, incentivando a participação dos colabores no projeto
RESULTADOS
O processo de inovação, constituído por ativa participação de líderes e equipe de trabalho, é capaz de gerar soluções a baixo custo, que contribuam significativamente para o aumento da produtividade, diminuição de custos, sem obrigatoriamente necessitar de elevados investimentos iniciais.
Entendemos que o processo de INOVAÇÃO seja extremamente versátil, com grande potencialidade de geração de resultados.

METHODOLOGY
In all projects related to INNOVATION we use approaches based on Design Thinking and Gamification, generating throughout the work, what we consider to be the base of values so that satisfactory results are reached:

In this way, our differential is to make INNOVATION a very participative work, where the initiatives, opinions and values of each participant are understood and evaluated as potential responses to the challenges faced by their respective companies.
As guiding the work, we developed the ordered pairs of Innovation:
PROJECT STRATEGIES AND OPPORTUNITIES - P.S.O
This project aims to identify strategies or business opportunities. The sequences and activities that integrate the Innovation Consulting are presented in the following diagram:
INTRA ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROJECT - I.E.P
The guidelines of this project are defined according to the specific goals and demands of each client and its objective is to create the conditions for its solutions to be built through the direct participation of its collaborators.
The steps for implementing this project are summarized in the table below:
The execution of this work uses the software AEVO INNOVATE (http://www.aevo.com.br/aevoinnovate), which allows, among others:
– Create space for presentation, discussion and implementation of ideas;
– Create campaigns to direct the sending of ideas to the strategic challenges of the organization;
– Classify the solutions presented, expl: need for investment, ease of deployment, required resources, risk, etc;
– Record all workflow of proposed ideas and solutions, from generation to implementation;
– Limiting the access of each participant, according to his / her role in the P.I.E process;
– Create a rewards system, encouraging the participation of the collaborators in the project.
RESULTS
The innovation process, consisting of active participation of leaders and work team, is able to generate solutions at low cost, which contribute significantly to increase productivity, reduce costs, without necessarily requiring high initial investments.
We believe that the INNOVATION process is extremely versatile, with great potential for generating results.
